Welcome to the 04 bandies blog! This blog has been going strong for a year, and we're into our second year already! (: This blog is basically dedicated to all 04 bandies of BPMB ('09/'10), but other bandies are welcome to view and share your points. Military Band is the largest CCA group in BP (so far), and in 04, we have a lot of Bandies. :D We might not show it, but we really do love band.
We're cool kids, so we don't have any rules. Just watch your attitude. We don't control you, but you have to have a sense of responsibility.
Who are the bandies in 04?
Yih Peng, a saxophonist, the rose amongst the thorns. Wei Huan, a clarinetist, the feminist. Michelle, a flautist, the cute one. Carmen, a flautist, the committed one.
Jascelyn, a trombonist, the noob's best friend. Hui Yuan, a trombonist, Harry. Poh Tin, an euphonist, the carefree one. Vivien, a tubist, the taller one. :DDDDD
(btw, 04bandies, if you find this offensive, or wish to suggest a better descriptive word for someone, feel free to voice out.)

❝ Ever forceful, Ever Graceful
Our BPGHS military band started off as a Combined Band with Teck Whye Secondary School , and in a 30-year relationship, has won numerous gold awards. In 2003, BPMB strived out on its own. It aspires to be an outstanding CCA with members displaying a strong sense of discipline and good character. The Band motto is ‘Ever Forceful, Ever Graceful'. Currently, there are more than 100 Band members, from Secondary 1 to 5, making it the largest CCA group in BPGHS. The Band consists of 9 sections, each with a Sectional Leader, which in turn are led by a Band Major (Chen Guo Quan - trombone), Assistant band major(s) (Chia Hui Shuen - saxophone - and Md Fadhli - tuba) and a drum major (Fadhli). External Band Instructors are engaged to train the members in music and marching two to three times a week. Every two years, the Band prepares itself for the SYF Central Judging of Display Bands. This is a prestigious and intense competition.

God. No updates these few days. Just want to tell Wei Huan and Michelle don't be sad about the NDP thing already. =) Next year still have chance.

Deep deep trouble. =)
